    A complete set, in Hardwood or EcoWood, designed around your club’s crest, colors and course information, then manufactured and installed by our team.

  2. Sponsorship sourcing & management

    We source local sponsors, design their artwork and handle payments and renewals, while your live sponsorship portal shows performance and income in one place.

Replacement cover

Keeping your signs looking their best. If a JB ProPanel sign is accidentally damaged, lost or stolen, your first replacement for that sign position is free. Further replacements are shared equally: your club contributes $375 plus applicable sales tax. Manufacture and shipping are included; your club installs the replacement.

From sign-up to revenue.

From the welcome email to your first annual payment, it all happens in your own club portal. You add your details, choose your team and approve your design. We do the work, keep you posted at every step, and you watch the income come in.

Real timing: The Leicestershire went from signed agreement to all 23 signs installed and sponsored in nine weeks.

  1. $0 for the agreed initial tee signs, design, manufacture and installation. The first replacement per physical sign position is also free. Further replacements have the agreed shared cost.

  2. Your club approves the design and businesses, marks the initial sign positions, fits posted sponsor panels and replacement signs, and checks sponsor golf passes. We handle sponsor sourcing, artwork, production, initial sign installation, payments and renewals.

  3. Yes. We source suitable local businesses, and your club sees every sponsor first and can turn one down within 10 working days.

  4. Under the standard agreement, income starts after the first installation anniversary and is paid annually, within 30 days of the next anniversary. An advance payment covering later advertising is shared for its eligible period. Your portal shows monthly income statements, sponsors, golf bookings and payment records.

  5. The first replacement for each physical sign position is free. After that, your club contributes $375 plus applicable sales tax and JB Golf pays the other half of manufacture and shipping. Your club installs replacements. Report damage affecting sponsorship exposure within 30 days, and safety concerns immediately. JB Golf defects are covered separately under your agreement.

  6. Sponsors and their guests play your course, subject to availability and your club’s booking rules, and get to know your club along the way.
